Summary: On Hotels.com it showed a picture of a kitchen but didn't list it in amenities. They are an extended stay so there is a kitchen in the rooms, which we needed.

Summary: I booked a room with 2 queen beds and when we checked in they gave us a room with 1 king bed instead. Went to the front desk where the woman told us they don’t have anything else available and that there’s a pullout couch. She offered no explanation for how this happened and they made no effort to fix this. Very disappointing to not receive the room I booked and be disregarded by the staff. Otherwise the room was very nice and clean but overall a disappointing stay.
